The majority of our work is manufacturing components in batch quantities of between 100 and 10,000 parts, some of which we also assemble.  Some of the components we have manufactured over the years include:

Various electrical bus bars, pins and clips - custom nuts, bolts, washers and spacers - Hinges, brackets, parts for school furniture - Wheels for ride-on model railways - Ball-roller housings - Thumb screws - Hydraulic banjo and similar fittings.

We also undertake general precision engineering work including manufacturing of / refurbishing various parts for dairy / food production machinery and railway tools for the UK rail network.

We have taken on various development projects including; the designing and building of a bottle cap fitting machine, ergonomic school furniture, and various small parts.
